FAQ

IS THERE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF HOURS?

Our packages start at 3 hours but if you are needing more hours, including multiple days, we can create a package tailored to your needs. 

 

HOW DO I BOOK?

Simply fill out the box above or email us at Nolenzphotobooth@gmail.com with details of your event and what services you are interested in and we will happily create an invoice for you.

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Yes. The daily rate depends on the package and services you are looking for. Please contact us for further details.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We ask that you kindly make reservations 30 days prior to your event(s) date to ensure we have availability and plan personalized services accordingly.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is collected upon booking to reserve your requested date(s) and is put towards the total amount. The remaining payment is collected on the day of the event or can be paid in full prior to the actual date of the event.

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

Cancellations are accepted two weeks prior to event date for a full refund minus the deposit. If you are needing to change your event to a future date we will gladly work with you.
